His diverse background and life experience have molded him into his role as a Transformational Pastor. David came into the United Methodist church in 1992 and became active in lay ministry holding positions in the local church as Lay Leader, Worship Team Leader, Certified Lay Speaker, and Organized Regional Ecumenical Worship. This is followed by his involvement with the Conference’s Congregational Development and Local Church Transformation Committees, where the inspiration to author the “11th Hour Church Turnaround Process” and call to the Pastoral role. Currently David is serving this church and is still involved with the Conference’s Congregational Development and Local Church Transformation Committees, Chairs District Congregational Development Committee, Natural Church Development Coach, Chair N.U.H.O.P.E.(orphan ministries), and “A2 Mission in Motion & Church Without Walls” ( a2project.org ) author and Lead Coach.
